Who provides Reacham Stephen Sunday, a sole trader trading as FroggyHub, provides Reacham. Reacham and FroggyHub are trading and product names, not separate incorporated companies. Business buyers only The Full Demand Map is offered only to people purchasing wholly for business or professional purposes. By creating a paid order, you confirm that you are not purchasing as a consumer. 3. What the US$149 engagement includes The price is US$149 for one manually fulfilled, human-reviewed Demand Map V2 prepared for the idea described in your completed intake. - One exact-version Demand Map with claim-level source receipts and founder review. - A six-file buyer bundle: Demand Map PDF, Migration Worksheet PDF and CSV, Launch Copy TXT, Measurement Tracker CSV, and Read Me PDF. - Permission-aware launch-kit files and a DO → SHIP → MEASURE → DECIDE plan with frozen buyer-run gates. - One asynchronous clarification or bounded revision after you attempt the first declared gate and request it within 30 days of delivery. 4. Important boundary Reacham supplies research, source receipts, recommendations, buyer-run gates, and files. Reacham does not run your experiment, contact prospects for you, guarantee demand, revenue, funding, customers, or any business outcome. Hosted Capture Pages, monitoring, observed outcomes, Demand Proof Runs, and Proof Passports are not included in this engagement. 5. Intake, delivery, and buyer responsibilities You must provide a complete and accurate intake and respond to necessary clarification requests. Delivery is due within seven business days after complete intake. The delivery clock pauses while required buyer information is missing. You remain responsible for deciding whether to build, checking legal or regulatory requirements for your market, obtaining channel permission, and running any recommended test. 6. Cancellation, refunds, and the kill-fee guarantee You may cancel for a full refund before research begins. After research begins, there is no change-of-mind refund. This does not limit mandatory rights or remedies for non-delivery or materially defective performance. If and only if the founder-reviewed final recommendation is “Do not build yet”, Reacham will issue and provider-verify a US$74.50 partial refund before delivering the report. The remaining US$74.50 pays for the completed research and delivered evidence. This guarantee does not apply to other verdicts. 7. Tax and payment Payment is processed by Stripe. Reacham is not currently represented as VAT registered and does not add VAT to the stated US$149 price. If a future verified registration requires tax collection, the amount and treatment must be shown before a later purchase under a newly issued contract version. 8. Your information and the deliverables You retain ownership of the idea, materials, and confidential context you submit. FroggyHub retains its research methods, templates, software, and general know-how. Once paid, you may use the delivered buyer bundle for your own business. Third-party source material remains subject to its original rights and permitted-use limits. 9. Complaints Email reacham@froggyhub.com with your order reference, what went wrong, and the outcome you want. We will acknowledge the complaint within two business days and aim to provide a written response within ten business days. Depending on the facts, the response may offer correction, re-performance, or an appropriate refund. 10. Liability and governing law Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Reacham is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for business decisions made from the report, and total liability connected with this engagement is limited to the amount you paid for it. These Terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. 11. Privacy and contract version The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. These Terms are version reacham-commercial-b2b-2026-07-15, effective 15 July 2026. Stripe Checkout records acceptance of this version, and the order preserves its issued offer-contract version.
